Welcome to LA SUAVE BRISA vacation casita!

VACATION CASITA

About Us

image51

The owners: Rod & Sylvie

We have been coming to Costa Rica since 1991.  We designed and had this casita built in in 2010.  This is more than a rental home to us; we plan on moving permanently to CR in 2022.  In the future a studio\outdoor kitchen and a pool will be built on the adjacent lot seen in the picture below.

The property

The casita is located halfway between Jaco and Quepos Northwest of Parrita in the Cental Pacific coast. The casita sits on an acre of land in the country side. View the Pacific Ocean coast line from the lanai. La Suave Brisa sleeps 4, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  There's also a day bed (sleeps 2 but no AC) in the living space.

The gated community

The casita is located in the private gated community of Ranchos Las Lomas. Enjoy the pool and rancho: tables, patio chairs and bathrooms.

We love La Suave Brisa because...

image54

Only the birds chat it up!

It is a secluded haven, away from the hustle and bustle. You will see many types of birds but not many people. You’re about 10-15 minutes away by car to the Bejuco beach, grocery stores or restaurants. Tours such as horseback riding can be found within 17 minutes away.

image55

A «Country road, take(s) me home »

From the paved road in the adjacent community of Loma, a bumpy, gravel road will take you to the casita. We truly feel like we’re on an outback adventure  for 5 minutes every time we go home. A 4 x 4 car that is higher off the ground with good shock system is a more comfortable ride. We prefer a 4 x 4 over other vehicles.

image56

It’s "hot hot hot"!

We can count on lots of sunshine and not much rain between January and March. Daytime temperatures are around 30 degrees Celsius and around 20 at night. Why not spend the day on the breezy lanai or by the pool? During rainy season temperatures are a bit lower due to cloud cover. July and August are great months as it rains only in late afternoon or at night.
